El Dawlia Fertilizers and Chemicals (ICFC) will hold an ordinary general meeting today, Sunday, August 10, 2014, to look into cancelling a decision taken by the ordinary general meeting dated March 28 as regards the distribution of EGP 4.5 million dividend.
The meeting will also look into cancelling a decision taken by the ordinary general meeting dated March 25 as regards the distribution of EGP2 million cash dividend.
Shareholders will discuss the distribution of cash dividend at EGP 2 million, or EGP 0.2 per share.
